A juicy burger on the barbecue is a quintessential marker of summer. It is, in fact, what many of us consider a staple of the season.

1. Set the barbeque to medium-high heat. 2. Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. (I use ½ cup of burger so that they are equal size and cook evenly). 3. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes turn and cook another 3-4 minutes. Do not over cook. 4. Serve with fresh buns and your favourite condiments. |
