All of our grass-fed bison is rotationally grazed on the lush pastures of Sych Homestead. They are never fed grain and are free of hormones & antibiotics.

Are you looking for individual cuts other than brisket or tenderloin?
We do not sell them online at this time.
However, you are more than welcome to visit us at the farm most Saturdays between 10 AM and 1 PM to purchase them directly from our freezers.
